Food Presentation Practicing



Here are my lastest food presentation practice. I platted an indonesian home food, I want to make it presents in a new level of experience. The food consists from nasi lemak (steamed coconut rice), potongan telur rebus (chopped of hard boiled egg) with Ikan pindang tongkol bumbu merah ( preserved of mackarel tuna fish in red sauce) and kukus buncis bumbu bawang putih serai mentega (steamed broad bean with garlic lemongrass butter dressing).
